All purchases of Booksy are final and non-refundable. Once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is complete and cannot be reversed.

In rare cases where a customer purchases the same Booksy multiple times by mistake, we may offer a refund or store credit after verification. You must contact us with your order details within 48 hours.
4. Refund Ineligibility
You are not eligible for a refund if:
